SJCA’s Kenosha Busing Information
Kenosha busing is free to those Middle and High School students who qualify. Students who live over 2 miles from St. Joseph Catholic Academy and within the Kenosha Unified School District are eligible for busing. (Other district regulations may also interfere.)
How to Sign Up
- Students should sign up for busing at registration or call Audrey Rudd for a busing registration form, in the main office, at (262) 654-8651, before July 1, 2011. Please do not call the busing company.
- All busing requests are sent to Kenosha Unified in June for the determination of eligibility, bus stops, and the various routes and times. All parents/guardians are notified in August, before school begins, as to the route and times for their student.
-
If your student does not qualify for the school bus, some students will be granted a “city bus pass” to ride the city bus, also free of charge. Information is available through the City Transit Office regarding times and stops that the city bus makes.
