INCOMING 6th, 7th & 8th GRADERS MUST PROVIDE:
1. Records of grade school achievement
2. Health, immunization records, and emergency information
3. Completion of the biographical data and registration forms
4. Nonrefundable registration fee of $100 which will be applied toward tuition
TRANSFER STUDENT’S REQUIREMENTS
1. Be in good standing with at least a C average and no significant attendance or disciplinary problems. Under no circumstances will St. Joseph Catholic Academy accept a student who has been expelled from another school. Final acceptance will not be validated until all records of the student are verified.
2. Transcript and all records from the school last attended, including physical exam, and health records must be submitted for review.
3. Completion of biographical data and registration forms.
4. Nonrefundable registration fee of $100 which will be applied toward tuition.
CONTINUING STUDENT’S REQUIREMENTS
1. Parental completion of a registration form on registration night.
2. Nonrefundable registration fee of $100, which will be applied toward tuition.
