INCOMING FRESHMAN REQUIREMENTS
1. Completion of high school placement test
2. Records indicating successful completion of 8th grade
3. Health, immunization records, and emergency information
4. Completion of the biographical data and registration forms
5. A non-refundable registration fee of $100, which is applied toward tuition

 

TRANSFER STUDENT REQUIREMENT
1. Students must be in good standing with at least a C average (2.0 GPA) and no significant attendance or disciplinary problems. Under no circumstances will St. Joseph Catholic Academy accept a student who has been expelled from another school. Final acceptance will not be validated until all records of the student are verified.
2. Transcript and all records from the school last attended, including the physical exam form, and health records
3. Completion of the biographical data and registration forms
4. A non-refundable registration fee of $100, which is applied toward tuition
Note: A student entering after the start of his/her sophomore year will be ineligible for valedictorian and salutatorian awards.

 

CONTINUING STUDENT REQUIREMENTS
1. Completion of a registration form with required parental and teacher signatures
2. A non-refundable registration fee of $100, which is applied toward tuition
Note: Students must be completely registered to qualify for class offices, club offices, or athletic team positions, including cheerleading.
