We are committed to making a SJCA education accessible to students from all backgrounds, regardless of financial means.  To help families who desire a SJCA education for their students, we have created the Family Tuition Plan.  Scholarship opportunities and financial aid are available.

Technology Fee and Student Fees are separate. 
The $100 Registration Fee is applied towards tuition, $300 maximum per family.

Montessori Preschool
The St. Joseph Catholic Academy Montessori Preschool welcomes all new students who are 2 ½ - 4 year olds and potty trained and for any transfer students from other Montessori institutions, we welcome any 2 ½ - 6 year olds who are potty trained.

Primary Half Day – Ages 2 ½ to 4
Monday through Friday
Morning Class (8 to 11 a.m.)
Tuition: $275/month

Primary All Day – Ages 5 to 6
Monday through Friday
Full Day (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
Tuition: $525/month

Family Tuition Discount
Full tuition for 1st Child, 10% for 2nd child, 20% for 3rd child, free tuition for 4th child and beyond.  The Family Tuition Plan does NOT extend to the Montessori Preschool.

Kenosha Parish Discounts
Members of the supporting Kenosha and Pleasant Prairie Catholic parishes are eligible to receive a $500 per student discount:  Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, Our Lady of Mount Carmel, St. Anne Catholic Church, St. Anthony of Padua, St. Elizabeth Catholic Parish, St. James Catholic Church, St. Mark the Evangelist, St. Mary Catholic Church, St. Peter Catholic Church, and St. Therese of Lisieux.

Payment Plans
Families may sign up for a 2, 3, 10, 11 or 12-month payment plan offered through TMS utilizing auto withdrawal, direct bill, or credit card payments (fee required).

Financial Aid
Financial aid is awarded to students at all grade levels and is decided on the basis of need and availability of funds.

  • Financial Aid applications for the 2012-2013 school year are now available. They are on our website or can be sent to you by request. The deadline for optimum aid consideration is March 30, 2012
  • Anyone wishing to be considered for financial aid for the 2012-2013 school year must complete the PSAS financial aid application. The fee of $24 is payable to PSAS and should be sent in with the application and supporting tax documents.
  • Those who have received financial aid in the past must also complete the PSAS application for the coming year. Financial aid awards are not automatically renewable.

Scholarships

  • There are scholarships available to incoming freshmen, and a limited number are available for returning high school students.
  • Scholarship applications are available on the St. Joseph Catholic Academy website or can be sent to you by request.
